The Answers You Need

WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP IN THE PAINTING PROCESS?

The first step in our process is to have one of our estimators come out to take a look at your project at a time scheduled by the person that received your estimate request.  Our estimators are professionals that have spent time working with our crew, and have learned all of the necessary steps in order to complete both interior and exterior project.  The estimator will spend about 20-25 minutes with the customer in order discuss concerns, expectations, and options available for the project at hand.  Once the estimator has gathered all this information, a detailed painting estimate will be sent to you for review.  You can expect our proposals to include the scope of work, preparation included, options of paint and services, and demonstrations of our most recent projects.

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a 3-Year warranty not many other companies offer, with this 3-Year warranty you can rest easy that we will get the job done right the first time.  Our workmanship and high quality product selection makes us confident that you will not need us to comeback, but if we do have to comeback for any touch ups, we will do so without hesitation!
